Sorry but weed and still pictures dont mesh well.. Besides we were busy driving most of the day. Its been years since Ive wrecked to be honest. These days I can get into any rwd car and school you in it. its all driver feel and simple physics really. We allways compete with who can kiss the wall or link as many corners as possible.... This is my true rehab away from work and photography... Fast, loud and slippery cars.

Has anybody here noticed that your 60d raw files look over-saturated in lightroom? My purples and magentas appear awful. At first i thought 'wow my photos look so much more colorful with my new camera' only to later realize that it is ruining some of my photos.

Do you have your monitor calibrated? Pointless to talk about color unless it is.

Btw, my 60d seems to be pretty good in lightroom regarding color. Fairly flat to start which is how I like it.

Here's an idea of what i'm talking about. Both are raw and the only adjustment is a gradient filter (exposure) on the sky of the first one.

do color profiles effect Raw files?

This is what was suggested in another thread. I just wanted to see if other 60d users were having the same issue.

"It's definitively a saturation point issue as Kikt suggests. The solution is:
A: wait for a new version of LR where this is fixed
B: use another RAW developer (if you upload the RAW file, I can show you the result of a RAW development with the correct saturation point)"

LOL thats the front of the shop. We also have an actual drift track which just opened up 7 days a week at the actual nascar track. They have rental 240's and heck I could even teach you how to drive in about an hour. But yea the front of the shop is a huge open lot so we set it up like a track. Its large enough to allow for 75mph drift initiation speeds... LOL. You havent lived till you've entered a 25mph corner sideways at 80mph!
