So where did everyone get their user name and what's behind it? My Initials are DRD, but I constantly get mail for Dr.D so I've embraced it.

LOL I raced s13 240sx's for years and was known for my killer 100+mph drift entries. Soo much so that my slides were concidered suicidal. So its been my online forum name since 2001 when I first got the nickname at the race tracks.

So I've decided that fish tanks are a **** to shoot and I'm going to stick to the outdoor stuff. Maybe I just don't know how to shoot or I need another lens. Here's one of my first tries.

I think you need the 100mm 2.8 L macro.

That's what I was thinking ;) We need a thumbs up on here. This one was from about 4 feet away with my 50 1.8. I've heard just put the lens on the glass then shoot when something gets in front of the lens, but ya can't get focus that close.

This was a very tedious process which concluded with using my first initial and last name :)

60D is a great camera, the only thing i complain is no magnesium body.

The plastic on it is extremely well made, totally different than the kind found on the rebel series. Feel so much nicer and solid on hands~! But yes, it will be the best if they have the magnesium body.

Here is a sample with it.

The plastic camera really sucks.

What were they thinking?

Do you have access to some Kenko tubes?
