That would be sweet. What do most people with elinchrom use for battery packs for multiple lights?

I have the original Explorer XT to go with my FX400's (2 of). Has worked fine in my extremely limited use so far.
I need to get home more... :(

Either the Vagabond II or the Explorer XT/SE. Both work well and both can power 4 600RX's without any problem.

Cool thanks for the info. Can't wait for my new lights!

Hi guy's,

I lurk in here for the good info you all put out
so I'll be ready to purchase some Eli gear when I win the lottery. ;)

This is a pretty good thread about the X-Rite ColorChecker Passport,
with some good examples:

thanks for the link

Most people would say it's the 39" Deep Octa.

hmmm i just bought the 39" rotalux light bank. Definitely was looking at a deep octa for location work and also the 69"... can't believe the price jump from the 69 to the 74.

I'm sure you're aware but it's not just a size difference. The 74" is an indirect octa and the modifier has the swivel mount as part of its design. Setup is super fast and much easier than any of the Rotalux octa's, which is not to say that the Rotalux octa's take any real time or effort.

the 39" Deep octa seems to be the popular choice, quite a few really like the 53" midi octa and a couple have the 74" octa
