Looks like one seriously sweet dish. It has the PAD (perforated aluminum diffuser) which is a little hot in the center from a couple quick test shots that I've done. I'm going to add the Opal Glass diffuser and stack the two together as well as get the Elinchrom Frosted Dome for the Ranger head to help throw a little more light sideways within the dish.
