These are shots from the Highline Park here in NYC. Its a converted elevated railroad track into a park. Really nice location! Hope everyone enjoys them and as always CC is welcomed and appreciated!

Hanging out on the fire escape:

Took this shot off a photo-shoot which was going on there hehe. Photog didnt mind as a bunch of people snapped away as well. He was actually happy we gave him the space to get his shots in.

#1 and #2 looks really good, not to be disrespectful but your GF is a hottie. Also, I like the quote "Beginners worry about gear, professionals worry about skill and masters worry about light". I must be a n00b because I'm obsessed about gears or what little I have.

put a ring on her finger. She beats the models by a mile! Oh and nice shots.

My wife and I walked the Highline and it was nice. Can't wait for the extension.

Thank! No disrespect taken! I think we all worry about gear. Once you being to shoot a lot you begin to realize what you need and what you dont. Then its all about getting better images and learning more.

Thanks! Zero flash used. All ambient lighting. I hate flash (1 i dont own one and two i dont know anything about them ) except when i need to use it for a little bit of fill light when shadows are in peoples faces. I try to always max out as much available light as possible. :D

Omar, it's always a pleasure looking at photos of your significant other. She's a very beautiful lady and I mean that with my deepest respect. (Unlike MDJAK...) The 70-200II is looking to be a killer lens too.

Some comments:
#1: Nice shot. I would clone out the rogue branch on the upper left corner.
#2: Meh...
#3: I just lost my lunch looking at you.
#4: Shame about missing the focus. Serves you right using Canon gear.
#5: Interesting photo. I would fix up the geometry a little or crop out a little of the top portion.
#8: Nice shot.

Why don't you do something challenging for a change. Like, shoot a photo of MDJAK and make him look good. I know, impossible, but heck of a lot more challenging than shooting a nice photo of your GF!
