This guy was at a wedding I did a couple of weeks ago.

He really intrigues me for some reason.

For some reason, I find pictures of old folks interesting too - I think it's that whole "their face tells a story of their past" kinda thing.

Great, the way you got an elderly with glasses.

By the time you age a little, you tend to become comfortable in your skin. I think that is the reason why photos of older folk are appealing. I think both photos show that. Very nicely done.

And - btw - it's pretty easy to lose the reflection in glasses. The second is a good example of my favorite technique. ;)

Thanks! :) I think Pasco might be onto something with the way older folk feel in their skin. He just looks like a gentle man to me.

The reflection in the glasses wasn't tough to get around. I just tilted my flash up a bit more so that the bulk of it was away from the centre of his face. :)
