Concept is good, but having less of the guy is better. His back is so dominating in the picture.
Secondly, it is obviously he is standing behind glass as the smudges show. You could clone this out.

Personally if would shoot it, I would have move so that the guy is more on the left and the ESB more to the left. (ie rotate towards your right) Apart from removing the 'building growing out of his shoulder', it would balance the shot more

^ +1...In addition I would try a version with your guy blurred and the ESB in focus...another point, your horizon is a bit tilted clockwise.

Thanks for the tips, I def see the horizon now and will fix and perhaps will crop so that the observer is not so prominent in the picture.
