sick mate. maybe an increase in contrast and a bit of lightening in post could really make the shot a standout? most of it just seems a little dark to me.

really cool shot to start processing though :)

Thanks! If you lighten more then you mess up the effect of the flames which to me are the best part. There are more of these at:

hey mate,

I was thinking more along the lines of selective lightening on the car, you can leave the flames as they are. it should just really make the photo pop imo.

slimenta: Seen the pictures on your webpage and all I can say is Wow!

You had incredible vantage points for many of those shots.

Awesome. Not sure I have the nuts to sit at the rail during one of these events. Sitting in the stands is pounding enough!

This was my first event and trying to track the car when the funny cars or dragsters went by was tough. I have never been in an earthquake. but when the car goes by it is what I imagine a big one would be like.

You've got some cracking shots on your link, not that the one you posted isn't good. Really like the shot of Paul Lee in the Canidae FC.

Thanks for sharing.

It's actually O'Reilly. But that doesn't matter, it's a great shot! If you haven't seen the funny cars, that looks exactly like the night runs. They'll blow your head off!
Thanks,
Rogerbw!
