How about the Canon WP-DC34? It's OEM and it'll definitely work. I have a Canon underwater housing for my G7 and it works great - never had an issue in 4 years of use. Better add the "knock on wood" disclaimer.

There are actually quite a few different housings for the G11.
Starting at the bottom for price is the WP-DC34 housing made
by Canon. It is the one that I use and it has been great, it is
made out of plastic/acrylic so it needs to be treated carefully.
For twice the price you can get the Ikelite housing and for
double the price once again you can get the Cadilac of housings
the FIX G11 housing. I have no experience with the last two
housings, except from reading about them. They are both
highly regarded but expensive for casual use

Cheers

Just had a week on the Red Sea, while there are some truly exotic and expensive solutions for getting underwater. If you want to give it a try I would also fully recommend the Canon WP-DC34, simple easy and does the job!!!

A couple of shots showing the sort of results I was getting…

Nice shots John, I really like the depth of the bottom shot.
