I don't usually post twice in the same forum on the same day ...
At a parade this weekend, I photographed a state senator who was walking in the parade. Uploaded them to flickr last night. They came out nice, considering I was juggling my camera and my toddler.
Today, a new flickr user is asking if they can have copies of the shots. I Google his name, and he's an intern on the senator's campaign.
I've replied asking for the intended usage of the photos, but I'm not quite sure where I should go from there.
Public figure at a public parade, obviously, I own the photo and there is nothing stopping them from downloading the shots for personal use (and they are watermarked) - but if they want them for a website or some similar usage, where do I go?
