Image posting in Wordpress

I have a wordpress (not .com) install and I was looking through different ways to post images. I tried YAPB plugin but did not seem to be what I was looking for.
How do you post your images?

It's built into the editor. Click the "Upload/Insert" media button above the editor window.

Enter a url, or use the uploader for a local file. Then click "insert into post".

That's the basics anyways.

Or are you trying to pull images out of the DB for use in your template?

I use flickr uploader. The last i checked it didnt work with the latest wordpress, but i hacked it to fix it. Might be updated.

I currently use the built in loader. I was looking for something more automated that would cut the time down and use exif or iptc data for naming and such.

Ah, ok. Well, you can use the Flickr API to bring your photos into the site. That way, you'd do your uploading into Flickr and then just use the API to bring them onto the page in Wordpress.

I don't use flickr that much but maybe this is worth a try.
