Not sure if this is new or not but I saw these for sale at my NEX and thought, cool! til I saw the price.

I tried them out and I did notice a difference. Obviously they're an investment but I've heard of stuff like this before. I haven't done much research on them yet or what even exists but I guess you pay for style? Any ideas? Input?

You can actually get computer glasses (or a prescription) from any eye doctor. I have had them for years and they are great. All you need to do is measure the distance that your eyes are from your monitor and they will come up with a single vision perscription that has a fairly shallow depth of field. I find they help the most when doing stuff in Lightroom or Photoshop.
