I am wondering if there is any general purpose focusing screen that will be better than the stock screen? I never use manual focus and I often work in bad lighting (weddings). Is there a focusing screen that will benefit me or not? Thanks!

Both of those are brighter, and show the plane of focus more clearly than the stock screen on 1D2. With your lenses all being 2.8 speed, it should be an improvement. 5D Mark II, 35L, 24 TS-E, 50 1.8
