It may be just my monitor but the sheep in the foreground looks just a tad too exposed - it would be nice to see more detail in the fleece.

The framing is also a little off for me - if you had moved a pace forward and 2 to the right you could have avoided including the headless shearer's backside and just concentrated your shot on the other 3 shearers. 3 is a strong number in compositional terms.

I agree with Mike, but I really like the feel of motion in this one.

agreed, but i expect some imperfections from these photos, connects me with reality, making them have more impact emotionally.

The highlights are blown out. I would suggest cropping out the person on the far left....distracting IMO.

I love the subject but agree that the blown highlights and that headless dude are more than a little distracting.

I don't mind the blown out highlights, but the framing is off. I like this much more. Good capture.

Excellent additions. The first of the 4 with the chap throwing the fleece onto the table and the 4th of the sheep shearing are really good.

The first one of the second set (rear view of guy throwing fleece onto table) is a standout -- my fave among the whole lot. It has great composition, an interesting story, a sense of scale, a feeling of movement, and the B&W is very nice. Excellent work.
