CrystalVue lx lens

Has anyone tried the crystalvue lx lens that ckc power is selling online ? They say it is 7x-8x power and costs about 180.00 and is supposed to work with the g2 .

This lens has been vaporware for over a year, and still is. Not impressed at all.

Nonetheless, if it does ever come on sale (I stopped holding my breath a long time ago), I might consider it, given it appears to be a unique and useful device.

Ditto on that. I've finally gave up waiting and opted
for the Kenko knt-20 sold by lensmateonline. I hope to get that in a week's time. Sample images for the Kenko are available at below sites.

Heh - I'm giving him till the end of April, after which I shall be looking elsewhere. I can't believe how long this has taken ... still it is supposedly on test at the moment. :grr:
