Windows 7 (32-bit) and connecting Canon Cameras

Has anyone had any issues connecting a 1DIV to a Windows 7 Enterprise (32-bit)? When I attach, the basic windows driver fails to load. (It is recognized as a Canon Digital Camera though).

I have EOS CD (all apps) installed and I updated the EOS Utility to the latest version (as of this morning).

I also reset all of the services back to their default status (got the reg file from black viper).
