yes, didnt like the AF, thought the images were soft. looking at the stuff I had shot with it, i was mistaken. images were so clean!

No way, and I'm keeping my 40D too.

Yes.
I got a used 5D2 cheaply and tested it for a few months.

I really liked the camera, the high-ISO, MP count and video functions, but in the end my 5D was enough for my needs 95% of the time. For my use the price difference would be better spent in better glass and a backup crop camera.

Has never even crossed my mind to sell/replace it. I just added a 7D, recently.

No, its a sublime body so unless a better 5d was released I don't think I could sell it

Essentially that. I kind of regret it but the video bug was itching and I didn't want to drop another $1000 for a video rig so it had to go.

Yeah, I just sold mine for financial reasons. I miss the FF/35L combo the most.
