I don't know if it was by accident or design, but I almost get a sense of the 50's/60's - a journey across several decades - when I look at these. I think maybe it's the PP used.

Either way, works for me.

while I do admire the theme, and the subject is quite appealing, these don't grab me. I think it's more of my taste, not your composition or technique. The feel of a senior in 50/60's doesn't click with me.
But good job otherwise!

thanks for the kind words, everyone.
Yes, I did purposely PP them to look semi "vintage" I guess you can call it. I think that she has a very classic beauty look, and this treatment makes it timeless. At least that's how I felt.
Wummy... yes, her family lives pretty comfortably. Which is why I'm excited that they've booked a full day with me again to fly back and do more pics. They were looking for something different from all her friends and classmates' senior pics. Her best friend found a photog from Chicago, so if was important to her mom to make sure her little girl gets something better and stand out. Lucky for me, they liked my style.

Very Cool set. I bet she was over the moon with the results :)

She is very pretty too! She'd be a good model in a couple of years...
