Oct 24, 2010 16:11 | #37 Awesome car and awesome pictures! My brother had a 1969 Mach 1 Super Cobra Jet with the 428, Toploader transmission, Detroit Locker rear and Shaker Hood. It was an incredibly fast car. Regrettably he let it rust away. On my insistance and with my assistance, we stripped the car of everything that was in good condition: the complete interior, doors, trunk lid, hood, shaker scoop - even the id plate with the serial number, and of course the drive train and wheels.
