ah, see i cut off the top cause i didn't want a lot on the top and wanted it more on the bottom and side. but i see where your coming from. i have been meaning to get a ND but i have gotten around to it. I did shoot in manual, av, tv, all day, kinda went between all of em as i was experiment.

:D More on the bottom of the shot would work if the the car was driving past a body of water and the cars reflection was mirroring on the water, then that might workout, but too much space will kill the shot was well, it needs to be the right amount all around the image. Try re cropping #1.

Hey man if you like it,i guess that's what matter the most, F what others say or think they are just giving their opinion on how they think it would look better. I think later down the road as you get better at it you will look back and go man I have changed. Its good to see the change from before to now. :)

ive been here for years dude ;)

And I have been here longer than both of you. lol

If you like the shot, that is what matters but honestly making excuses is never going to advance you. RA has a ton of locations to shoot and the only time media credentials come into play is getting you outside the track. Perfect example is Jason Barker, he has pulled some great shots from spectator locations.

For panning practice, just park some place and practice shooting cars as they go by.
