Allow me to share my noob take "through the fence" on the recent Formula 1 Circuit Night Race:

Thank you very much for your comment.It's a different experience especailly that it is a night race.

Nice shots and its hard to tell that they were taken through the fence. You can even see Alonso's eyes, good job.

Nice shots you have there. I like how you were able to capture actual faces through the helmets on some of your shots. I think however, that you've captured Schumacher's team mate Nico Rosberg instead. Michael Schumacher uses a red helmet design.

@motorsportmad: thank you,your comment is much appreciated.nice sets of images there. maybe it would be less difficult if the reace was in broad daylight. That was the challenge of the F1 Night Race since there are some portions in the viewing area that are not well lighted,although the circuits are very bright.

Thanks, was kinda difficult for me since the fence is quite distant from where I stand.

Here is Brazilian Felipe Massa retires after his Ferrari broke down due to gear box problem during the Qualifying Round.

Thanks,quite a good spot but there were also a lot of spectators taking photos infront of me where I was standing.:)

Never realised how much the fences at race circuits got in the way until i bought my DSLR
