Lightning and Star Trails in Joshua Tree National Park

These are my first ever lightning photos. I'm very, very glad that this storm stayed east of us. It would not have been a pleasant experience at our camp.

I loved how this one turned out. Unfortunately I wondered into the frame with my headlamp in the lower left. That is why it's a little bit cropped.

And, the one star trail shot that came out nice.
