Fantastic set of shots there. #2, #4, #6 & #7 are may favourites - lovely crisp, sharp, and perfectly exposed photo's.

I was at the Britcar on Saturday and managed to watch the start of the race until it was soo dark it was getting difficult to identify the cars. Silverstone really isn't set-up for night races - there were no flood lights around the pits or on the track at all making getting around quite dodgey!

Where on the track is #6 taken of the Marcos Mantis? Was it from the public viewing areas, or did you have a media pass? It's a lovely composition.

Will post some of my shots from Saturday when I get round to post processing them

Thanks very much for the comments guys.

Have no bib or trackside access so have to shoot through the fence which is a pain.

The Marcos was taken between Becketts and Chapel Curve, there is a hole in the fence that you can shoot through but i find its better to get up close to the fence and low down just to the right of that spot.

And yes the Porsche is blown on the front left, think i had gone through about 500 pics by the time i got to that one and my eyes were going mad by that point.
