I don't recall if the TC will if you do have the default settings, but it certainly won't, whether you take one or 10000 shots, if you use some other method of setting focus. Jon

Thanks everyone! My idea is to set up my third body on a tripod behind the alter at my weddings with the time lapse so I can get both angles. I needed to make sure it would focus because I never know exactly where they will be standing to preset a manual focus. Canon 1D Mark IV | Canon 50mm f/1.8 STM
