I had my camera with me and happened to have alot of time to kill thought I'd give birding a shot(no pun intended) with my 5D2 and 70-2002.8L

I like the first two. The third one looks awkward because the bird is flying out of the frame. If it is a crop, I'd crop it so that the negative space is to the left of the bird which will leave something for it to be flying into. The third one isn't really a tight enough shot for the bird to be your main focus in the image. Maybe try cropping it some more. Good work for only having 200mm and a FF camera.

Great start. Keep practicing on gulls then go to the harder creatures.
