I love that squirrel! Congrats!

Thanks for the honorable mention. It was my first cranberry harvest I watched. Unfortunately the light was not all that good and the berries were not all that red....so I did the next best thin, focused on the action and shot b&w.

Congrats to Monty for the win and many thanks to Diana for the hosting job.
I live in farm country and so many things are going on right now; walnuts shaken, grapes picked and some drying (I live only a few miles from Sun Maid ) and the cotton harvest. Most of it is sooo dusty that I had to go with the grapes. :)

Life is hard...but I just take it one photograph at a time.

I have to agree with the win. We've all seen tons of squirrel shots here on POTN but this has everything going for it, plus it just makes you smile the first time you see it.

Congrats on the win, Monty! The squirrel shot was a great 3-some in its own right: great subject, great expression, and great composition! Now I have to find a 3-some for this week's challenge!

Congrats to the other HMs as well! I enjoyed all the images for the timely fall subject!

yeah I had a good laugh when I saw that squirrel....and thats one thing I miss in japan...no squirrels. OK they have em but I never see em, not like back home where we see them everyday. I have never seen a squirrel running around anywhere in the city in all the years I`ve lived here. I miss the little varmints.
