over 8 hours! i could not even begin to imagine how you would feel the day ( or 2 days ) after that!

Try been out side on a race track all day with no shade in middle of summer ....... and then there is all the editing of the photos

Funny thing is I miss that more than shooting models.

Currenty looking at getting a Sigma 50mm F1.4 anyone got one? care to share your experences. Just dont have the $ for the 50F1.2 and canon 50 f1.4 to small for me.

Had 2 events last week, ive given up on organising people ...like hurding cats.

For motorsport Rally NZ is a top notch event. Bit of running around involved although a lot of fun with a new corner every stage.

Weka2000 what is the retail of the Sigma lens in NZ currently?

progear has it at $649

Last time I tested 1 it was oof so didnt buy. I like the weight and it has 77mm filter thread.

I guess 1 day I should at least have a go at a wedding even if its just second shooter.

In the last 2 years Ive just seen so many peoples photography just dry up, GKPE events just dont happen any more.
Moneys tight and people are busy. For me I just cant see a future in it like I once did. I know what I want to do, just dont know how to make money from it.
Any way still have 7 years before I can leave my current job due to kids so have a bit of time :)

Been years since I brought a lens so deserve a treat.

Have fun! :) at least if its raining in Raro its beautiful and warm too! :D usually it pours for 5 mins and then the sun comes out again.

We had to make a few changes to our Facebook page yesterday and it killed off most of our fans...
Feel free to "like" it again or for the first time if you didnt before : http://www.facebook.com/momentzphotography (external link) :) Much appreciated!

We're enjoying the next 6 weeks before our wedding season starts again :)

Very patriotic.
Did you knit them?

Not quite, my Mum did. Needless to say the lab's one took A LOT longer than the maltese's.

Would anyone be interested in some form of social-gathering-come-photo-taking-session in Auckland in the coming weeks? I've been up here studying for 3/4 of a year now and my camera has only been out once, to take photos of a friend doing the Half Ironman.....
