I am having a rethink on transport but no, I have no plans on stopping taking my (marvellous :p) pictures just yet :)

The drama is all over and I am now road ready again, however I probably need to attend to a service of the hoist so it stays locked in. Not sure where to go for that.

I cheated, got Canon to do mine and service at the same time. They also upgraded the firmware, all in all good job but not a cheap operation tho. However the 24-105 works much better after they "married" the cam and lens ;). Now all I have to do is teach it to go out and take nice pics :p:-D

Looking forward to seeing what you do with it! I'm really loving mine, just have to remember to use it more often!
