I had that but I really challenged myself and also got out of the neighbourhood, the country even. Took a mirrorless EOS to Vietnam and couldn't stop taking photos. I feel the oomph again and get excited when I have the camera out.

MarkVuleta Goldmember More info | Jan 18, 2017 16:07 | #7924 The fitting on the wall with the pin-board on it hinges down and has a large mirror 1400 x 1000mm (that I have had lying around the house for years) glued to it and makes an ideal surface to layout prints to trim/varnish them and possibly a good "product photography" table. So hopefully, once I finish painting the house (yes, it's still not finished!!) I will get back into some photography. I've have one shift back at work which was good, love working 4 on - 4 off.

Seems like you had a great time overseas. And as Potisdad asked, how's progress on the wee car? Indeed it has. Well due to some unforseen circumstances nothing has happened on the mini for a while and now it's back into summer, the garage is like a hot box! But ... the bodywork is all but done including a new Heritage front end. It's all primered and when the sh!!t hit the fan I was half way through making the frame. There's also a young kid in work who is putting a straight 6 in his 318 and he's keen to come round and lend a hand/nudge. Hopefully sometime this year it will be back on 4 wheels.

scotttnz "tick, tick, tick, tick......" More info | No firm plans, but was thinking either drive down Friday/airshow Saturday/drive home Sunday, or drive down saturday/airshow Sunday/drive home Monday. We would need to book somewhere to stay. But I'm open to suggestions. I'd take the x-trail, which has heaps of room for 4 people and gear.

I'm thinking of making the trip, and have 3 seats free in the truck. https://www.airtattoo.mil.nz …jets-at-ohakea-air-tattoo F15, F16, F18, and others....and I promise to not make you touch my Panasonic camera ![]() Yes please... some fairly old canon camera stuff, canon lenses, Manfrotto "thingy", and an M5, also an M6 that has had a 720nm filter bolted onto the sensor:
