I could be keen, have a phone call on monday to sort out some work and can say yes or no then :)

Have you Calibrated your Monkey lately?

Now more than ever we need to be a community, working together and for each other, as photographers, as lovers of photography and as members of POTN.

Any preferences for Saturday or Sunday? Or do we just go both days?
That (might) be 3 of us, so room for 1 more if anyone else is interested.

I'm easy, I'm sure I can take either Fri or Mon off as needed.

same here, it may come down to which days we can get accommodation.

some fairly old canon camera stuff, canon lenses, Manfrotto "thingy", and an M5, also an M6 that has had a 720nm filter bolted onto the sensor:

Ok, lets see how Moppie goes on Monday, but we should probably book sooner rather than later.

Long time no post.......

Just wondering if anyone is keen for a road trip to take photos of planes? I'm thinking of making the trip, and have 3 seats free in the truck.

Indeed a long time. Happy new year to you.

I wouldn't mind but I'm working and we have others on shift away on leave.

I am going to organize (with some luck) to do Wanaka next year (Easter). My brother is in the process of shifting down there now so accommodation will be sorted.

Round trip Pararaha Valley Track, ive done it once before with this guy http://cr01.info …/waitakere/waitakere.html (external link) it also includes cowen stream.

Not the sort of track to do on ones own ........ couple of spots made me nervous.

I keep talking about going to the Wanaka show. Kids are at the age where they don't want to go on holiday with parents any more, so maybe I'll go without them. I have a cousin in Queenstown who I could probably stay with.

You must have travelled to an alternate reality? Glad to see somebody is still taking photos!

This is where I would normally say "horizon isn't straight" isn't it?
