joeseph "smells like turd" More info | Jan 26, 2017 02:29 | #7953 interesting photography thought for the day, just because you can, doesn't mean you should... some fairly old canon camera stuff, canon lenses, Manfrotto "thingy", and an M5, also an M6 that has had a 720nm filter bolted onto the sensor:

scotttnz "tick, tick, tick, tick......" More info | Jan 29, 2017 23:43 | #7958 A few from over the weekend at Snells Beach: All taken with my old Panasonic GX1, and the much maligned 14-42 power zoom pancake lens. It does a decent enough job at static landscapes, but the keeper rate for anything that moves is pretty bad. The whole setup fits in my back pocket, which is what attracted me to micro 4/3. Nothing too amazing, but I'm happy enough with the results considering the basic gear, lack of practice, a really harsh lighting conditions.
