No 2 for me also. Very nice indeed. I like the way you organised the clouds to lead your eye in! ;-)a

photoshop at work or the right place at the right time? I'll let you answer that question :)

Both lovely, I like the second one for its colours and the overall scene.
its the type of weather conditions (sky, clouds drifting across) I can relate to here in Tassie.

I find those fences fascinating in the top photo.
Droppers are spaced close together and the struts are lower than half way down the post giving them little effect when wires are tensioned. I've seen posts pulled out of the ground as the strut acts as a fulcrum and 'up she comes' as we'd say. I notice they are like that on the paddock across the way.

oleBe nice down there now after they had fresh dumping of snow.

The sunset one I sat on for a while before editing. The other where slightly blurred as I had to get tripod up high which I don't normally extend the centre column.

Nice one, I like the cropped rectangular format for this pic. Frames and titles, I am in 2 minds about, but it is nice, separates the photo from the webpage.

Very nice - I pedalled out to the lower lighthouse at Christmas, and suspect my backside has only recently recovered....

Not sure about the white frame, Dulux have a colour called Pencarrow...

some fairly old canon camera stuff, canon lenses, Manfrotto "thingy", and an M5, also an M6 that has had a 720nm filter purchased for:

Great shot! And nice processing. I’m not a big fann of the border though.

That is quite cool. I like how you manage to make what could be thought of as mundane subjects look interesting.

Thanks, that was my first play with the 100-300mm. I noticed in pp I was focused on the front fence rail rather than the rose, meaning depth of field at wide open was about 100mm in this pic.

What I thought when I saw it was something rather pretty on its own in a field of almost stark industrialism and sterility. I was also intrigued in pp at how much definition and grain was showing on both the in focus and soft focus timber.
