Sorry about the your split head, xspenive trip, sad for you.

Took me a while to work out why a split head would be expensive! Was thinking of a human head, and not the van! What a nuisance.

Tried long exposure for first time. The Panasonic Image App kept shutting down, so used timer. Need to do some research about touch screen and bulb mode now.

some fairly old canon camera stuff, canon lenses, Manfrotto "thingy", and an M5, also an M6 that has had a 720nm filter bolted onto the sensor:

Had a lot of trouble with it to be honest! Even in Lightroom, when correcting, I check and treble check. Sometimes my images on the tripod are so off, I wonder if I have been dizzy! LOL

They're not bad, much better than my latest. (all soft focus).

I did intend a bit of a pun on the 'split head' but had to go easy because for me it would have been rather a sore subject indeed.

You can get a green line to show on your screen and I think in the view finder.

I have the level turned on permanently, it’s not perfect, but serves as a reminder and gets you pretty close to level.

Must check it out ... still working through menus.
