Another from the port/marina area. I just noticed 1/10 - very good for me hand held. I do want to go over with tripod though - some time.

Here’s one at Matarangi, from the boat ramp where I spent the night.

And another one, from Waihi Beach. I was waiting for the clouds over the water to get some colors but they didn’t. When I turned around, I saw this. It looked so much like the entire forest was on fire. Fortunately, it was just the sky that was one fire. ;)

On a rare occasion where I got up early. I also lost my phone - a lesson to never get up early!!

Despite all that - hand held!! Finally I can justify the purchase :-)

I f I ever felt I needed or wanted to ..... lol

I can see an image there in winter!

Morning madness: I am not an early riser, so these images amazing (for me!) because of that. Rising early obviously does not agree with me, as I lost my cell phone. I bought a coffee after a leisurely walk, and have not seen my cell phone since. As I kept the two day to day cards there, I think that's the last time I saw them, and the phone.

It's interesting realy - I am just not a morning person, and hate getting up early. For once, as I was awkae I took the dog for an ealry walk. Of course I took the camera as well,... really as a token! Now I can see why people get up early!
