at Clive the tsunami bar, otherwise known at da bach. Has gone through various incarnations over the years, and is a rather sad looking structure now, compared to when I first came across it some years ago. It happened to be Good Friday, and some local toerags torched it. The locals who built it did rebuild, and we were invited to the grand opening. It was washed out by king tides, maybe even more more than once.

me playing with old ones again, I took this in Tauranga, but can not remember where, about 10 1/2 yrs ago. I did think it was an island but looking on the flickr map, I am not sure exactly where I was. You could be surprised with the camera and lens!
