Hmm - sounds like a nice car :-) I can understand your reluctance.

Adit: just Googled. Looks very nice! If I won Lotto I'd buy it if it's silver grey or metallic blue :-)

Just kidding ......

First pano of the season. The Milky Way is back! I spent the entire night up there with a friend for some timelapse and pano. Got a total of 30 minutes of sleep so work was a little difficult today but it was so worth it ! :-D

Gorgeous!

Been wondering if you were still in NZ. I was out the coast in South Wairarapa last two nights, and no noise pollution. Saw the milky way bit didn't have the right lenses!!

Thank you.

Still here and I'm actually extending my stay as I got a work visa that allows me to stay one more year. I'm so happy that I will be experiencing the autumn, winter and the Milky Way season again !!

Well for those who have been here as long as I have (nearly 15yrs) good news

The wekas are off to Milford sound, Te Anau, Queenstown, Wanaka and Mt Cook.

tickets booked 5 Days queens birthday weekend 2020

Now lets hope the weather will be kind. I have plan B which is Southland catlins etc.
Hard to believe its only taken 15 yrs to get there.

very cool, if you get time see if you can do a tour of the Manapouri power station. Lots of other good stuff to see & do around that way!

some fairly old canon camera stuff, canon lenses, Manfrotto "thingy", and an M5, also an M6 that has had a 720nm filter bolted onto the sensor:
TF posting: here :-)
