Not finished painting... still another coat on the house roof and half of the garage roof.... thought about improving my photoshop skills but realised that I don't have any to start with.... shifted a whole heap of photos from multiple odd drives onto sons server and having them backed up..... other than that, noting to report....

Did a roadtrip for work (essential services) to Warkworth today and was quite surprised at how well populated the Orewa Beach carpark was, didn't realise we were back at level 2 [Sarcasm]
but at least the folks travelling to the beach for their exercise seemed to all stay in their respective bubbles:

p.s. Travelling thru Orewa is an indication of my Scottish history, where saving $2.50 each way can all add up to a pint at the end of the week.

some fairly old canon camera stuff, canon lenses, Manfrotto "thingy", and an M5, also an M6 that has had a 720nm filter bolted onto the sensor:

Yes lots of people about in Hawkes Bay as well, but all respecting the isolation. I personally feel if they come down too hard, there will be back lash. And also lets remember how many households with three or more generations in a small three bed roomed house are going to be able to actually do this.

Olympus M1 MkII, Olympus M5 MkIII: Lenses covering 8 - 300mm
Canon M5: A variety of Canon, Sigma, Tamron, Tokina, prime and zoom lenses, Samyang fisheye, 2 lovely Minolta MD, just for fun a Helios 44-2 58m - and adapters.

I am hoping the community testing in vulnerable areas is not going to show spread, as it could be catastrophic for some of our vulnerable populations.

Like measles has been.

Indeed - there are lots of 1-bedroom apartments in Auckland & elsewhere - I'd hate to be in any of them. We're 5 of us in a reasonably small 3 bedroom house but with a quite big back yard where #3 practices his football skills daily (often the ball sails over the fence in one direction or another but it usually comes back at some stage)
I really feel for those in crowded/poor housing & I'm very thankful I have a job. We don't know how lucky we are.

yes I am alone and did find tht difficult. But for multi generational families in small houses ...

As a nurse I alsol still have a job.

Just can not imagine how it is for some out there. Made a donation to can19, but not sure if it is enough, as this will go on.

I don't think I have ever seen it from this angle ;). Orewa, Waiwera, Haddfields are my old stamping grounds, very populated area with people living and multi story buildings almost right on the beach.
