blood moon BIG disappointment ....blurry photos of bloodmoon 10sec exposure and I think that the moon moved in those 10sec, the moon photos earlier at 1/125th are sharp

edit a reshoot handheld 1/125 and bumped ISO 1600 to much noise :(

well yes & no....
when I say Wifi I mean network radio's that operate in either the 2.4GHz or 5GHz public bands.

Skinny wireless broadband is a bit of a mixture of cellphone and Wifi, where they use the cellphone network for the link between the router/modem and the Internet itself, and use Wifi for the connection between the router/modem and your devices (laptop or phone etc)

Wifi in itself is not bad, but because it's radio based, only one device can ever transmit on a channel at any one time, so if you've got multiple devices you get congestion quite easily.

I've been on Skinny for years, cable has only just arrived at our units (no they are not new and run parallel to Shakespeare rd North Shore) and the inside thingy is coming to mine next month, near the end.

I always thought wifi was the description aimed at those routers/modems with aerials.

a Canon 300 mm 300mm • 1/125 • f/4 • ISO 400, which was my original thought. https://photography-on-the.net …ad.php?t=1458569&page=161

The forecast cloud didn't eventuate so I managed to snap a couple from my front porch. I'm not sure which ones are stars and which ones are just hot pixels though :)

I think it's a ribboncable - doesn't cause any bother if left at either end of zoom, but go in & out a few times and it'll intermittantly fail - spotted the aperture getting stuck closed down at one stage today.
(and yes I've cleaned the contacts!)
