Can't give you any hint other than "longer than they tell you"

It focuses in 1 shot?? If so, it sounds possibly more of a body problem than the lens?

How are things? haven't heard from you for a while.

Middle of the wedding season so I imagine some gear in for urgent repair. Unless you're a CPS member you get the standard 20 working days or whatever it is. Probably toward the end of that scale at the moment.

Pete has his 24-105 in at the moment, got his quote back yesterday. It has been in around 2 weeks I think?

If its not a warranty job they'll probably turn it around faster as they want your money lol We had that with a flash unit a couple of months ago before we were members of CPS.. turn around was about 7 days

I hadnt heard that shag rock was so stuffed. Weird question - do you work for MWH or in Show Place - The photo of the damage to your work, and the description of being 22km away from epicenter makes me think so.

I used to work for HP which was in show place...

I need someones help I think.
My camera seems to have died today. Absolute great when you are on holiday for 2 weeks in New Zealand, and this weekend we have our family reunion where I have to photograph!!
Does anybody have a Canon body I could borrow till the end of my stay next week.

One option Is If someone in Akl had one I could borrow, my brother is in Auckland and is flying down to meet me on Friday. He lives in Mt Eden, and works near Birkenhead. I could give it back next Friday at the BBQ.
