Anyone have any idea if these are as good as the real thing? I've been waiting months for a 77mm wide angle adapter ring for my Lee holder and maybe these would be a good alternative.

Hmmm....I wish they had some reviews on there. Is this a new product?

Lee can't seem to keep their products in stock.

If they work the same, I want to buy one right now because that's the last piece I need!

Looks like Adorama has a 30 day return policy. Hmmm....I might just pull the trigger.

What's the harm in trying one out? Give it a try...if it doesn't work, send it back for a refund (sure beats waiting for the "real thing").

I'm in the exact same boat as you. I've been itching to try them handheld but I don't want to risk scratching them but this 77mm wide angle is one tough part to find!

As long as it's the same dimensions as the Lee ring it should be just as good. Let us know how it works out if you order one.

It's just a piece of aluminum with grooves and threads. I'm sure it will work fine. My only concern would be if it's made of lower quality material and it getting stuck to your lens.
