Yeah, I took about 135 photos and 2 of them were with the intent of HDR, the intent was just to practice getting the hang of it.

Your horizon is off...tilted just a bit clockwise.
Now I know your objective here is the HDR, but if you don't get the other technical aspects of the shot right first, than the HDR doesn't matter.
