First handheld test of my Canon SX30IS with 35x optical + 4x digital zoom (140x) 3360mm (35mm eqiv) on a windy day at sunset.

That's just sick....congrats on the camera. I was looking at it for a while as a birthday present to give to my son, but opted to get the smaller SX210 for him.

If there was a way to use spotmeter mode like my Pentax K-7 during video recording with the SX30 IS it would be much better with the moon.
