Hi everybody!

I would like to buy the following teleconverter go my G6: Giottos LN52201AS - Adaptor Tele x2 ( 52mm ).

Please tell me your opinions about it. Does anyone with a G6 have this teleconverter? How are the pictures taken with this teleconverter in terms of picture quality?

P.S. this is my first post and I need competent advice badly!

I've never heard of it. I tried to look it up in google and couldn't find it.

How much is it. Try the converters in www.lensmateonline.com (external link).

Those are reliable.

You can check them out at http://www.giottos.com/ (external link).

The store in Bucharest which has teleconvertors also has Kenko and Cokin teleconvertors. (Cokin Telephoto Conversion Lens R760A-MM, Cokin Telephoto Conversion Lens R760-37, KENKO tele convertor KRT-15, Kenko Telephoto Conversion Lens CD-20T, Kenko Telephoto Conversion Lens LD-20T, Kenko Telephoto Conversion Lens SGT-20). Do you happen to know any of these teleconverters? Which one is suited for my G6?

Ordering from LensMate takes longer and is much more expensive. Besides I would like to try the product before buying it.

you should just try going into the shop and trying out the different lenses and actually taking shots with them and inspect them closely...just remember which lens you took each shot with...
just wondering what sort of wide angle lenses they sell...i'm looking for something about 0.5x without major barrel distortion and vignetting
