It was 65, "clear as clear can be" blue sky, sun right overhead, just an absolutely gorgeous day...And, I still can't get the exposure right

Is this McQuaid?
I'm not from Rochester, but my dad grew up there, and my uncle (by marriage) mom's sister's(didn't grow up in Rochester, just a coincidence that both of their husbands are from the Rochester area) husband went to McQuaid.
This is just a guess as I know they are the knights, those are their colors, and you are in Rochester.

Anyway, these are nice. Like #4 the best.

Hey Cole, looking good. It's tough shooting white uniforms in bright daylight, but it's better then shooting under the lights! ;-)a Do a selective color adjustment in PS and add some black to the white channel and you'll bring more detail out in the blown out portions of the image. Also, remember to straighten out the horizons. :D

Yes it is. I am a senior at McQuaid. We're off to sectionals like usual

Now they're blown out? Oh Lordy  I underexposed them because I stupidly shot at 1/2500 the whole game and so I brought up the brightness and overexposed them...I'll never get this right

Thanks for the advice!

Don't beat yourself up, Cole, shooting during the day is a tradeoff of blown out whites or getting faces. Your shots look great! Haven't done any daytime football yet this year other than shooting the local boys during warmup sessions prior to the games.
