Simple shot and I like the way the Zeiss 21mm handles high contrast scenes. CC welcome. I decided to leave the trees as near silhouettes. Does the contrast work? Is the scene visually worthy with midday light? Thanks.

Prefer the first looks more impressive than the shadow restored image.

Me too. Sometimes shadows are just fine left a bit obscure...the HDR look can be a bit boring after a while. :)
