Finch or Warbler ?

Tried to look it up at whatbird, but not certain, Shot this fellow today near the Themes river, in London, Ontario. Anyone?

Thanks Jeff, I figured it is and I have many finch images, but they seem more yellow in base colour, I guess this is a female..

I think this actually is a male. The males in thier breeding plumage are vividly yellow (~March to October), but thier winter plumage is far more drab.
