I love that you took this photo. Even if it is just for fun. I have just gotten a new nice camera and I am trying to learn as much as I can. Can you please share the settings you were using in order to get such a sharp image of her face. I would like to take some pictures of my son like this and I cannot wait to see how they turn out.

Use a wideangle lens, get really close to your son's head, focus on the eyes en press the shutterbutton.

Love this shot. Very "Alice in Wonderland" (and much better than the most recent movie).

I used my 24-70 set on 24

I stood above her and then got as close to her face as I could

It was late afternoon on an oversast day, so I had to bump my ISO up more than I like to.

I usually use f/2.8 on this lens, but I wanted all of her face in focus so used f/5.6

Here is the EXIF data :

Camera: Canon EOS 5D Mark II
Lens: EF24-70mm f/2.8L USM
Shot at 24 mm
Exposure: Manual exposure, 1/250 sec, f/5.6, ISO 640
Focus: At 39cm
