This is USA use...for Verizon to hold half as many users, they would need 74% of the android users on their network...and that 28% iPhone share is NOT adding in the iPad consumers  ...many of whom kept their accounts active, despite not using them very often due to the data-cap cuts that came. If you kept your 3G service alive, you kept your 5GB cap for $30/month...if you let it go dormant, its now $25/month for 2GB (another $25 for 2GB more and so on).
