Nice shots. Print them up big and put them on a wall, preferably a wall someplace in Chicago.

I like them but I would crop out some of the empty space on the left in both photos. You may also want to increase saturation in the first to make the colors pop a bit more.

These are beautiful pictures, well done. Try to add some sat to the lighthouse, but be careful with the water as its blue already, I would personally just add some sat to the lighthouse so it stands out! Nice anyway even if you dont change it.

Oh beautiful! I have a similar lighthouse shot...from the Navy Pier, right? Love the silhouetted skyline!

Thank you. No, this was on one of the Lake Michigan boat tours. We were to the North of Navy Pier at this point I believe.

I'm always saying stick your sunset/rise behind an interesting silhouette and this has done that in spades, fabulous capture and the lighthouse is pretty good too.
