Photoshop® Templates for Photographers

Those of you who use Photoshop templates such as what is sold here:

I'd like you to explain how you use these, as in your process of procuring them and presenting them to your clients...do you just buy some templates you think are cool looking and work the cost of the template files into your print prices?

How do you give your clients a look at the templates so they can pick what they like?

I'm just curious cause there are so many cool templates out there to be bought, I wonder how you all go about doing business with them?

Just wondering if you buy them out of your own pocket and use them while upcharging your clients for those special prints? Or how you deal with the cost of the templates? Do you offer just a handful of what you've purchased, or do you purchase on demand, as you show a client the designs and they pick one?
